For transfers beginning at the airport, you should indicate the time at which your flight is due to arrive. The same goes for cruise ports and train stations: you should indicate the planned arrival time.
For transfers from your hotel, you should indicate when you would like to be picked up. That doesn't mean the flight time, rather the time you would like to be collected.
For shared transfers, orders may be modified by the provider. Should this be the case, we will contact you to confirm the rearranged time.

The Civitatis service saw that I made an error in my booking of which airport I needed the car from, and they only told me AS I was standing at the airport that they could see this error. They didn't tell me during the many weeks in advance that I booked it. So I was charged and the error not pointed out, or corrected. They collected my $50+ based on my ignorance of a foreign country. And they were open about it when I contacted them at the airport. I would NEVER recommend them. I Felt scammed.
During the reservation process, we make clear several times the different options for the pick-up and we ask the clients to reconfirm through which airport they will be landing. We deeply regret any mistake that could have been made, but our team wasn't aware of it before sending the driver to the indicated spot.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and although I messaged the number given twice before we took off, the driver arrived while we were uncontactable and left 2 messages from a different number acknowledging the delay but then left and did not pick up our call. We were stranded and had to pay another €100 euros in a taxi. We assumed a airport transfer would be checking out plane arrival time.
We are sorry that the service was not provided as planned. The relevant managers are already aware of the situation to ensure that this does not happen again. A refund has been made accordingly.
