Florence Mysteries & Legends Free Tour

Discover the capital of Tuscany and the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance. Florence is said to be a vibrant and romantic city but with a twist. As evening falls, its hidden side comes to life and you'll be able to gain a deep understanding of the most disturbing mysteries and legends this city holds. We'll meet in Piazza della Santissima Annunziata at 7 pm.

From there, we'll commence the free tour with a nice walk along the Via dei Servi. This street will lead us to Piazza del Duomo, where we'll learn all about the ancient history of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore while admiring its impressive façade.

Our next stop will follow a route along the Via del Campanile and other iconic streets of the historic city center such as Via Dello Studio, Via Del Corso, and Via Santa Margherita. As we stroll through this area we'll find out who the Florence Monster was. This involved a series of tragic events in which eight double murders took place, crimes perpetrated between 1968 and 1985.

The Piazza della Signoria will be the next visiting spot. There, in front of the emblematic Palazzo Vecchio, we'll learn about other disturbing facts that lay in this Tuscan capital.

Finally, at 8:30 pm we'll conclude the free tour of Florence and head to the Ponte Vecchio.
